A baking & pastry craftsman refers to a patissier who makes cakes, cookies, pies, and a variety of breads. They prepare ingredient mix charts, operate baking machines and tools, and perform processes such as mixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and packaging to produce baked or pastry items.

The Baking & Pastry Craftsman Certificate is not only valuable for those seeking employment or starting a business in bakeries or cafes, but also a worthwhile goal for home baking enthusiasts.
